Contracting LC/MS for Biomolecules – Can We Do It? Yes We Can!

One of our customers has said of us that "Novatia is small in size, but big in brains". Our innovative scientists are currently involved in a number of areas, but one of our bigger areas is the LC/MS analysis of biomolecules. We readily accept as contract analyses samples such as oligonucleotides, intact proteins and related products. Data will be shown to compare LC/MS and MALDI for the analysis of oligonucleotides. Novatia has also developed an enhanced deconvolution algorithm that is available as a software package called Promass Xcali. Data will be shown to illustrate the superior way it precesses ESI mass spectra of biomolecules. Lastly, Novatia can also provide NMR analyses for peptide/protein structure analysis as well as receptor-ligand binding studies (association constant, stoichiometry).
