A Quick Overview of Novatia's Metlab Software

Novatia offers software for automated processing and identification of metabolites, impurities and degradants from LC/MS/MS data files, using a proprietary algorithm call AutoShift. Metlab is different as a metabolism software package in that it correlated the product ion spectrum of the parent drug to the mass-shifted product ions of the metabolites (or other drug related components). This software is a perfect compliment to ion trap systems that use data-dependent LC/MS/MS for metabolism studies. Novatia will present a brief overview of this software package.
