- Separation before detection reduces
interferences by separating quenchers and fluorescent
compounds from substrate
- Fluorescent quenching groups are not necessary; labels
do not need to be placed close to enzyme’s activation site
- Veloce system offers predictability in assay development
time, with reproducible results
